Who operates ARK

ARK is operated by Flashframe Editing Corp, a United States corporation based in California. Contact us at hello@createwithark.com about this website and your personal information.

What you share with us

If you join the waitlist, we receive the email address you submit, your selected product interests and the signup source (such as our website or VidSummit) so we can send relevant ARK product and launch updates. If you contact support, we receive your email address and the information in your message.

Services used by this website

The website is hosted through Sites. The waitlist form is provided by Kit, which processes signups and email delivery for ARK. Our support mailbox is hosted through Porkbun. These providers may process technical information needed to operate their services, such as IP addresses, browser details and email-delivery records.

The interactive demos

The sample camera playground runs in your browser using the supplied demonstration world. It does not ask you to upload personal footage or voiceovers. Storyteller’s feature interactions are website concepts, not a running AI editor.

Your choices

You can use the website without joining the waitlist. You can unsubscribe from marketing using the link in our emails, or contact hello@createwithark.com about your signup, support information or a privacy request. We will respond to applicable access, correction and deletion requests.

Upcoming product and checkout services

Public sales are not open. Polar is the selected provider for checkout and protected digital delivery. Its privacy policy applies when you use its services. Before public product access, ARK will publish product-specific information about accounts, billing records, prompts, audio, generated content, AI providers, storage and retention.

This website notice does not claim that the installed plugin processes all data locally. The release’s actual data flow will be documented separately before launch.
